There were some tough issues due to the lack of response of the other Realtor.  Our Realtor left no stone unturned in making things run efficiently.  He was resourceful, always immediately responsive, and his follow through on every question was impeccable.  The selling of our house went pretty smoothly.  Our purchase was more complicated.  Bert was "working for us" all the time.  There is always a danger in listing and buying with a friend or acquaintance.  Bert kept it quite professional through the process.
